There is a way to make your blimp lighter so that you can add more attachments to these blimps. As a trade off for less speed from the motors, you can change the system to be compatible with a 3.7 volt 1S battery.
Purchasable
3.7 Volt Battery – 600mah is the recommended, however if you want to decrease the weight at expense of run time you can go lower.
1S ESC – You will need to match the to the number of BLDC motors you wish to run
1102 Brushless Motors – Some kits already contain 1102 brushless motors, if your kit has the 1104 motors you will not need to purchase these.

As you can see the wiring for a 3.7V system isn’t much different from a 7.4V system. In fact it is easier since there is no 5V regulator. Of course you would still need different wiring for the amount of servos and motors a system needed.
